Partner Account Manager

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

The Partners Account Manager (PAM) is responsibile to identify and sign partners, manage commercial relationship with partners as well as support partners in achieving their business objectives​. He/she also defines the Amadeus future go to market strategy for the partners assigned, evaluating the performance and potential of the partnership recommending the best approach for Amadeus moving forward with our partnership agreements.

Main Responsibilities:

- Growing the Partnership:

  • Responsible for the growth of the Partnership through business development activities
  • Represent Amadeus' interests within the partner organisation.
  • Identify & develop new business opportunities (up-sell/cross sell)
  • Sign partner contract (incl. volume commitment), negotiate new solution agreements and manage renewals

- Partners success and relationship excellence

  • Lead the partner account development plan, and the partner business review (support partner in defining pipeline and strategy for acquisition and retention targets, co-define a shared action plan).
