About the job

Pre-sales in the Amadeus Network Planning team are responsible for identifying customers' needs/requirements and then providing the technical capability of Amadeus Network Planning team to solve them.

Technical pre-sales are an essential part of the pre-sales cycle, as they provide a deeper level of technical/product expertise. In the case of Network Planning, our pre-sales team members play an active part in the sales process including supporting opportunity identification, completing RFPs, convincing the customer to choose Amadeus (via demos, benchmarks, etc.), and supporting the negotiation / contracting process

Your main responsibilities

Technical validation

  • Understand customer technical needs and requirements
  • Proactively scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements
  • Assess customers’ met and unmet needs
  • Recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and firm

Technical integration

  • Leverage deep product knowledge to drive customization and integration of new applications
