Manager, Partner Engagement and Operating Model Adoption

We have always evolved our programs and initiatives to work with partners and one of the current focuses is to industrialize ways of working internally and with the partners to ignite the scale. This will allow us to unlock new business opportunities, grow our technology capabilities, accelerate our time-to-market and speed up innovation. As a member of the Strategic Alliances and Partners team, this role will be responsible for (1) leading the transversal engagement through marketing & communication internally & externally to promote working with partners ensuring alignment with overall strategic business objectives; (2) driving the adoption of partner management methodology across Amadeus to achieve industrialization. You will be expected to plan, define and execute the marcomms strategies to drive partner engagement. The successful candidate will be someone who has enthusiastic, determined, who has a good balance of both analytical and creative skills and effective project management skills.
