Commercial Sales & Account Executive
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Commercial Sales Executive role is a Hybrid role, combining Sales & Account Management activities to achieve new customer acquisition targets and maintain existing Amadeus clients, to deliver future growth within the Field Sales segment.
The role is primarily office-based (Brisbane) and customer facing with flexibility for WFH. The incumbent is required to represent Amadeus, and at times present, at Amadeus and industry events. Regular travel within QLD and occasional Inter-State and Internation travel required, with international travel potentially required from time-to-time.
The primary role responsibilities include:
- Driving long term retention and IT revenue growth across the customer portfolio.
- Identifying and securing new IT revenue opportunities via the expanded Amadeus product portfolio
- Actively prospecting new business within the client and prospect portfolio base
- Achieving all specified and agreed key metrics and performance indicators
