Role Overview:

The PMS Integration team lead will lead team communication, process optimization, and stakeholder relationships, along with managing technical aspects like interface specifications and vendor onboarding, while providing technical guidance and problem-solving in the hospitality sector.

What you will do:
Operational Leadership

• Team Communication - Company Goals, Objectives and Initiatives,
• Coaching\Mentoring team members – including individual SMART goals and
• Development of team technical and soft skills
• Continuous review and optimization on day-to-day processes for efficiency
• Develop and Maintain excellent Stakeholder Relationships
• Responsible for interface certification activities and appropriate management of exceptions
• Project management for Enterprise Customers with Interface specific projects
• High level of independence and ownership

Technical Leadership

• Classic Interface specifications (third party)
• Alignment with PMS Road maps (protel)
• Vendor Onboarding & Certification
• Prioritize according to Stakeholder requirements
• Enhancement Requests for the assigned products
• Maintenance of the integration’s status and Documentation (internal and external facing)
• Stakeholder Communication
• Trend Analysis and Process Improvement
• Provide guidance for the development teams in technical matters + hospitality knowledge + PMS knowledge (protel)
• Excellent problem-solving

Who you are:

• Strong knowledge of Point to Point Interfacing protocols (e.g. FIAS)
• Strong hospitality Background
• Experience with 3rd party vendor software / integrations
• Strong PMS knowledge (preferably protel PMS)
• Strong technical skills, including experience with APIs and integration tools
• Self-driven and enthusiastic
• Fluent English (German is a plus)
