Boeing Global Services (BGS) Supplier Quality is seeking a First Line Supplier Quality Regional Operations Manager for our North America Mid-West / East Region with a consistent track record of leading change, inspiring others, superior communication, embracing diversity, and challenging the status quo. In this role, you will drive improvements across the BGS supply base to best support our growing BGS portfolio. The selected candidate will have the unique opportunity to transform the work we do, develop our teams, and integrate across organizations and the enterprise. The selected candidate(s) will lead and mentor a team of supplier quality professionals performing the Regional Operations Supplier Quality Rep role for OEM spares suppliers, as well as Maintenance Repair and Overhaul Suppliers in our North America Mid-West / East Region.
