Elevar is looking for a product marketing professional with a passion for eCommerce and driving increased product adoption. The Sr. Product Marketing Manager, eCommerce will be an expert in the Elevar product, solutions, and the outcomes the product drives. They will ensure that all our existing customers understand the value and ROI of their Elevar implementation.

Requirements

  • Keep a pulse on the voice of the customer, using their โ€œAHAโ€ moments to create compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for our marketing.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop clear value propositions, personas, sales decks, and battlecards to help enable marketing and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and channel teams to develop go-to-market plans for new product features and enhancements.
  • Write and update key areas of the website and landing pages in collaboration with the Sr. Director of Marketing, eCommerce, including but not limited to product pages and integrations, ensuring that products are accurately positioned and marketed.
  • Own and write content for and the build of product experiences such as product-led onboarding email series, product walk-throughs, and in-app messaging to guide users through key features and highlight new functionalities, helping customers achieve their first time to value.
  • In partnership with CS and Product, manage and execute communications with customers, updating them on product news, updates and tips through email campaigns, in-app messages, webinars, and other mediums.
  • In partnership with CS, Develop and implement training materials and programs to help customers maximize the value of the product.
  • Collaborate with the sales and partnerships team to keep a pulse on key drivers that lead new prospects to book calls with sales teams and infuse these insights into marketing collateral.
  • Work with marketing team members providing persona and product insights for insertion into marketing campaigns and assets (landing pages, ads, etc.).
  • Partner with the Product Management team to ensure that our existing customers are using the most up-to-date features of Elevar so they can realize the full value.
  • Help identify successful customers for the development of case studies and testimonials.
  • Represent Buxton Elevar at events, conferences, and other industry meetings to promote our products.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the eCommerce space.
  • Proven experience in a product-led organization with a strong track record of driving product adoption and customer retention.
  • A keen curiosity for AI in marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and marketing plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments, including sales, product management, and customer success.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
