Conducts real estate administration activities for the tactical, strategic and program support within CRE and with Business Unit clients for real estate initiatives. This role involves managing the planning, design, and construction of various types of infrastructure improvements including Mechanical and Electrical systems and renovations of existing spaces within a variety of building types. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical or Electrical engineering, architecture, construction management, and real estate development, with the ability to oversee projects from concept to completion.
