The Role:

The Recruitment Business Partner is responsible for the direct sourcing of talent. They will uphold our commitments to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and support with onboarding and other HR projects.

This is a full-time role, however, we are open to applications from candidates looking for flexibility and would consider 3/4 days per week.

Duties and Responsibilities

Recruitment:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles up to Director level across UK & Europe Corporate, Retail and Supply Chain.

- Act as a centre of excellence and support Regional HR Business Partners with hiring in local markets (US, Australia, China, Korea, Japan).

- Manage ATS (Lever) for live vacancies and use as tool to build a talent pool and pipeline for future.
