The Lead, Academic Operations will be responsible for managing and growing a suite of existing and new programs within a high growth academic area, the College of Health Sciences. The Lead, Academic Operations will be responsible for ensuring new and total student goals and revenue and EBIT budgets are met, and identifying and developing new opportunities to drive business success for Walden. He/she will evaluate program performance to diagnose problem areas, propose solutions and oversee their implementation. Successful Lead, Academic Operations will be able to maintain both a high level and detailed understanding of the intricacies of each program under his/her management, possess strong leadership qualities and have a track record for success in managing a business line. They are highly professional individuals who demonstrate an ability to communicate interpersonally with a wide range of stakeholders and grasp differing viewpoints clearly.
