Bnberry is seeking a highly organized and strategic Chief of Staff to support our executive team and drive the success of our employees through effective KPI and OKR implementation and tracking. This role involves working closely with the CEO to identify and maintain key performance indicators, building a comprehensive roadmap for KPI implementation, and ensuring measurable tracking of these indicators across all key positions and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, project management, and performance metrics. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a keen understanding of business operations, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. KPI and OKR Identification and Implementation:
  • Work directly with the CEO to identify and define KPIs and OKRs.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for implementing KPIs across all key positions and processes.
  • Ensure that KPIs align with company goals and objectives.
  • Tracking and Measurement:
  • Set up measurable ways to track KPIs using existing tools such as HubSpot or CRM systems.
  • Initially manage manual tracking of KPIs, transitioning to fully automated tracking solutions.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure data availability and integrity for KPI tracking.
  • Project Management:
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of key projects related to KPI implementation.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
  • Continuously monitor and analyze KPI data to assess project performance and impact.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize project outcomes.
  • Advise on whether initiatives are improving key performance indicators.
  • Operational Efficiency:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Implement best practices across the organization to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Executive Support:
  • Provide high-level support to the CEO and other executive team members.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Manage the executive calendar and assist with prioritizing tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in coding and data management, including experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL).
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, project management, and performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
