- Communicate closely with VIP-clients, through various communication channels: Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp, incoming calls, online chats, and e-mail;
- Analyze customer complaints and suggestions, monitoring of their actions, search for opportunities to improve customer experience;
- Analyze customer account and create an activation plan for each individual customer;
- Performs daily analysis of client activity and its reactivation;
- Work with significant winnings/losses of VIP and pre-VIP clients;
- Work on increasing the amount of deposits/turnovers of VIP clients;
- Deal with unsuccessful deposits/withdrawals;
-Work on group and individual performance indicators.
Requirements
- Ability to work at night shift;
- Experienced in customer service/sales from 1 year;
- Fluent in Ukrainian;
- English at least Intermediate;
- PC skills (Word, Excel and other programs);
- Knowledge of the process of successful cooperation with clients, experience patiently and actively listening to the client;
- Sociability and independence, attention to detail, organization and multitasking.
