Service Field Operations Manager

The Service Field Operations Manager oversees and manages service field operations within our organization. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient execution of service projects, coordinating field teams, and maintaining exceptional standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities:

• Service Management: Oversee the planning, scheduling, execution, and renewal of service projects, and maintenance and support programs within budget and timeline constraints, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Field Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field technicians, service coordinators, and subcontractors to ensure efficient execution of service projects in compliance with company standards.
• Resource Management: Effectively allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements and timelines.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and uphold rigorous quality control measures to ensure work is performed to the highest industry standards and client expectations.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all field operations personnel and subcontractors adhere to safety guidelines and regulations, promoting a culture of safety within the organization.
• Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during project execution, and ongoing maintenance to maintain open and effective communication, proactively address concerns, and provide updates.
• Budget Control: Monitor project and maintenance budgets, control costs, and provide accurate financial reporting to upper management.
• Vendor and Subcontractor Management: Coordinate with Contracts Manager to articulate requirements and form partnerships with suppliers and subcontractors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring they meet performance and quality standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, create and implement best practices, and drive operational efficiency.
• Other Duties: Other duties assigned within reason of current role previously specified.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in field operations management, particularly in the physical and electronic security service industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of security and technology systems is a plus.
• This position may require travel to project sites as needed.
