Position: Real Estate Accountant

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm EST (9pm-5am PHT)

Salary Range: 900 - 1800 USD/month (to be assessed and approved by the client based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities)

About the Company:

With our fractional CFO and accounting services, we help founders navigate the complexities of company building through all stages of the journey - raising capital, building business models, operationalizing for scale, and achieving successful exits.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently manage journal entries encompassing debits and credits in a recurring role that spans daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities.
• Handle one-off projects such as constructing financial models in Excel, crafting PowerPoint presentations, and conducting research to offer client-specific recommendations, like vendor tools or inventory management software.
• Administrative duties are also part of the role's scope.
• Candidate must be well versed with US GAAP.
