Reach your full potential as a Brand Manager
As Brand Manager, you are responsible for devising and executing the product portfolio strategy and vision for various cosmetics brands within the Benelux.
A few examples of your Brand Manager tasks:
- Creating and leading the annual marketing plan and retailer development, while developing strategies for retailer growth and engagement;
- Management and full ownership of monthly and annual A&P budgets, and ensure effective allocation of resources in relation to sell-in;
- Performing monthly analyses of purchasing data at the brand and retailer levels. Data is used to gain insight and adjust strategies for optimal performance;
- Maintaining a close relationship with Product Development, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment and execution of brand strategies. Moreover, you foster strong relationships with key retailers and partners;
- You stay updated on industry trends and consumer behavior. These insights are used to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
This is you
Besides your entrepreneurial and commercial mindset, you have at least two years of successful professional experience in beauty cosmetics. Due to your international work experience, you have an international mindset. Partly because of your work experience, you have an advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint. As a person, you are able to convince and motivate others, are result-oriented, and work in a structured manner.
You
- Have an HBO/University degree in International Business or Marketing;
- Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience;
- have an excellent command of both written and spoken Dutch and English;
- preferably also have a command of a third language. For example Spanish or French;
- donβt limit yourself to your tasks. You have a go-getter mentality and are independent with an entrepreneurial spirit;
- are pro-active and have a strong ability to lead, convince and motivate others;
- have analytical skills, and are decisive.
