As part of the Consumer Category team, you will play a pivotal role in driving user growth and enhancing user satisfaction through strategic planning and execution. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Craft and execute robust quarterly business plans aimed at fostering substantial user growth and deepening engagement within the consumer category.
  • Spearhead strategic campaign planning and execution initiatives to propel the business forward and achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Cultivate a culture of seamless cross-functional collaboration, driving teams towards exceeding company targets and strategic objectives.
  • Take charge of budget management for the business unit, demonstrating fiscal responsibility through strategic allocation and achievement of cost targets.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with partners, leveraging synergies to uncover lucrative business and user growth opportunities and translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Lead the ideation and implementation of cutting-edge product features and enhancements, aimed at elevating user satisfaction and overall experience.
  • Conduct thorough impact assessments of new features and promotions, leveraging statistical tools to derive actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Foster open and effective cross-functional communication channels, ensuring alignment and timely execution of projects across departments to drive collective success
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed according to the projected timeline, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in consumer category management or related roles, demonstrating proficiency in driving growth strategies and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering on ambitious objectives.
  • Experience in budget management, with the ability to strategically allocate resources and achieve cost targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in statistical tools for impact assessment and data-driven decision-making
  • Familiarity with the Fin-Tech industry, particularly in E-Wallet services, with a deep understanding of the company's product offerings, target market, and strategic objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
