What You'll Do?

  • Implementing the revenue strategy for Branded Content business (Broadcast + JioCinema) to ensure that the BU achieves the revenue target and profitability targets.
  • Control the pricing and budgets for the Branded content proposals to optimise the revenue and also the margin objectives of the business.
  • Prepare and optimise the commercial proposals for Youth Impact Properties (Roadies, Splitsvilla, Hustle etc) across MTV and JioCinema.
  • Responsible to create, monitor and control the AOP and Budgeting process for the Branded Content business across all BUs including JioCinema.
  • Optimise the pricing strategy of the Branded Content projects to maximise revenue and margins.
  • Work alongside the with internal Network Branded teams (Revenue, Creative, Marketing) and other Network Sales teams (HME, Regional, YME, Kids etc) to draft and execute the revenue and pricing strategy for Branded Content business.
  • Conceptualise and drive new possible revenue streams for the branded content business.
  • Responsible for measuring all Projects metrics and Post evaluation analysis including BLS.
  • Custodian & Publisher of all Revenue, Cost, Margin related MIS for the Internal stakeholders.
  • Building understanding of the Branded Content Industry and clients through reports, trends, articles, ADEX, BARC Data and Imparting the same to the sales team.
  • Create and Optimise the Youth Impact Sales Team for Commercial Proposals for Youth Impact Properties (Roadies, Splitsvilla, Hustle etc) across Television and JioCinema to revenue maximisation.
  • Work alongside the with YME BU Team (Programming, Marketing, Ops) to draft and execute the revenue and pricing strategy for Youth Properties.

  • Ability to drive project execution and meet internal/client expectations independently

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with multiple external and internal stakeholders.
