Embedded Consultant

Deploy Business Continuity Plans (BCP) for the client globally, including manufacturing sites, commercial sites and selected external manufacturing sites, as needed. This responsibility includes:

• Organising and facilitating BCP planning sessions (including Business Impact Analysis Session and Recovery Plan Sessions)
• Conducting interviews of key functional leads
• Compiling, analysing and summarising information in the BCP Plan
• Briefing senior leaders on the outcomes of the BCP sessions
• Serve as a SME on BCP related issues, addressing questions from stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong expertise and experience in BCP and Crisis management (at least 2-4 years’ experience) with major multinational corporation with manufacturing operations
• Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred)
• Strong Project Management skills (ability to manage complex projects end-to-end with minimal supervision)
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Ability and flexibility to travel 100% of time to assigned sites
