Internal Sales Engineer

We currently have an opportunity for an Internal Salesperson to support our external sales team at our Brisbane office. You will be responsible for using your technical knowledge and experience to:

• Answer technical and general inquiries, including stock availability, pricing, and review of documentation.
• Interpret tender documentation, schematic diagrams, and schedules to select relevant equipment that maximizes sales opportunities and ensures compliance.
• Provide pricing and follow up on proposals, tender submissions, and quotations.
• Assist in preparing commercial presentations, including collating and mailing brochures and other marketing materials, and attending trade shows and events.
• Provide sales support by developing and maintaining effective relationships with all stakeholders.
• Manage order entry, stock allocation/transfers, back-orders, and general customer service, collaborating with other departments within the business.
• Attend company and industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.

Requirements

• 5 years of internal sales experience in HVAC or a similar field
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background is advantageous
