Product Manager

In order to continuously bring this vision to life, our Product team is here to act as a bridge between our Business, Users and Tech team, by combining the business goals with our users’ needs and turning them into strategy and new product features that help efood grow further.

We are currently searching for a dynamic Product Manager to join our product team in the Finance division. In this role, you will be on a mission to develop exceptional financial products that simplify complex processes and create delightful user experiences.

As a vital member of our dynamic Product team, you'll excel at transforming complex financial concepts into user-friendly solutions.You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, both locally and globally, including engineers and finance stakeholders, to streamline financial workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

This position offers room for exponential growth within the organization. To succeed, effective communication, both in writing and verbally, and the ability to influence teams across functions will be crucial.

What you'll do:

• Understand and manage B2B financial flows, including billing, invoicing, payments, and tax compliance
• Drive fintech innovation in customer payments through exploring and implementing new payment methods, enhancing wallet functionalities, and increasing authorization rates to improve the overall payment experience
• Contribute to building automated and scalable solutions for invoicing, financial, and tax accounting, as well as reporting
• Collaborate closely with Tech and Finance teams at efood to identify and address pain points, challenges, and opportunities within the Finance Domain
• Assist in translating requirements into user stories and processes that developers can efficiently implement
• Help maintain and refine the backlog of financial product requests, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and prioritization
• Participate actively in the quality assurance process to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial products

What you'll need:

• Minimum 2 years in an online marketplace or related B2C industry, involved with financial products or systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Finance, or a relevant field
• Proficient in Agile methodologies like Scrum
• Demonstrated ability to manage and align stakeholder expectations, particularly with engineers and finance teams
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English, both written and verbal
• Understanding of technical aspects in financial systems, especially in automating and scaling financial processes
• Experience with industry-standard tools such as SAP and Salesforce will be considered a plus
