Salary: £23,000 + bonus!

About the role

We have a great opportunity for you to join our Credit Control team as the new Credit Control Administrator. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the team in relation to the high volume of administration. The ideal candidate will be happy to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high attention to detail. Key attributes, must be thorough in a numerical and grammatical sense.

What you'll do

• Adhere to all credit control processes and develop where necessary.
• Allocation of the daily bank receipts and refunds.
• Credit Checking and ensuring details provided from Account Managers are correct.
• Account creation in the required platforms.
• To ensure DD mandates are in place and add the correct information onto system.
• Work with customer and Account Managers when a customer cancels a DD instruction.
• Weekly allocation of manual credits.
• Action or distribution of tickets.
• Arrange quarterly upload from Creditsafe.
• Complete Proof of Debt Forms.
• Any other ad hoc tasks.
