What will you be doing?

As part of our growing Business Intelligence team, you will help support various internal teams to make better-informed business decisions through the use of automated reporting and analytics.

The role has a mix of operational and strategic responsibilities including:

  • Identifying anomalous data and examining and eliminating any processes or procedures that contribute to unreliable data being collected
  • Reviewing data collection processes and monitoring data hygiene
  • Ensuring data dictionaries are maintained and working with data engineers to create documentation, to ensure users understand what data represents and use the most appropriate sources
  • Maintaining existing third-party data integrations and setting up new ones as new partners are added to our ecosystem.
  • Assisting users to create new dashboards and reports
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to identify areas of the business that could benefit from analysis
  • Stakeholder communication and training

You will provide internal clients such as Campaign Managers, Marketplace Operations, Product Management and Finance with the data and insights they need. You will be automating dataflows of third-party data with LoopMe’s own data to develop and optimize dashboards, and to identify new opportunities to improve our BI and analytics offering.

Business Intelligence & Analytics are also important for our external clients, so you will be expected to work in partnership with Product Managers for our DSP, Audience and Measurement Platform and Marketplace to ensure we are delivering the reporting and insights these clients need.

You will be expected to be proactive and help identify the data we need, work with data engineers to integrate new sources for reporting and work closely with colleagues across the business.

With your background in BI or analytics, you will also be a thought partner for your Product colleagues and evangelize the use of data to influence decision-making.

What do you bring?

You will bring:

  • Strong knowledge and experience of data, BI/analytics, reporting platforms and data visualization techniques and tools.
  • Proven product ownership or management of BI/analytics offerings
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A track record of delivering the agreed plan
  • Ability to influence and persuade, build consensus, drive and energize teams
  • A concise approach to problem-solving with the ability to bring logical thinking and creative solutions to the table, delivering clarity and direction to projects
  • Apply superior judgment as it pertains to prioritizing work for yourself and others and escalating roadblocks when necessary
  • Data analysis background with skills in SQL, Python and Data Visualization
  • Experience in Digital Advertising is a plus but not essential
