Role and Missions — What you will do 🚀

We are looking for a talented and experienced Publishing Manager to lead, analyze, and optimize the publishing strategy for our puzzle games. As a member of our internal team, you will work collaboratively with developers, artists, and cross-functional teams to build, launch, and promote our products.

What you will do:

• Develop and execute the publishing strategy to maximize the reach and impact of our puzzle games

• Contribute to the entire game development cycle, from creative concepts to publishing and beyond

• Brainstorm new ideas with your team to create the best publishing approaches and strategies

• Collaborate with developers to ensure the game is aligned with market trends and player preferences

• Analyze market data and player feedback to refine and improve game features and marketing strategies

• Help to set the strategic direction for the games, developing and executing the publishing roadmap

• Coordinate marketing campaigns and user acquisition efforts to drive downloads and engagement

In this role, you will significantly influence the company by contributing daily to crucial decisions alongside a senior, multidisciplinary team of passionate and talented professionals. You will oversee the game's release, manage its promotion, and refine the publishing strategy based on market feedback. Requirements

Preferred Experience—What's your profile 👀

If you’re creative, ambitious, and up for taking over the industry, we want you on our team!

• 6+ years of experience in mobile games with an amazing track record
• Previous experience in working on puzzle games
• Proven experience collaborating with external studios in business development, coaching, and negotiation.
• An ability to make data-driven decisions from large amounts of information
• You are a collaborative team-player with experience working with cross-functional teams
• A never-ending desire to grow and learn
• You are fluent in English - Turkish and/or Russian is preferred
