Project Manager

GHJ Search and Staffing serves as the recruitment division of GHJ, a prominent national accounting and advisory firm. Our team provides qualified Accounting and Finance professionals on a temporary and permanent basis across a broad range of industries. GHJ’s relationship with our Global Advisory and Accounting Network provides the resources needed to better understand client’s needs, attract a higher caliber of candidates and assess candidate potential.

The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for communities and stakeholders within the Company's network. This role works closely with the Market Leader and Executive Office team to engage internal audiences through various channels including online forums, regional conferences, webinars, in-person events, and group meetings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to plan and deliver initiatives that support Company growth aspirations and strategic plans.
• Facilitate two-way communication within various communities/groups in the NA network.
• Provide community feedback to management and stakeholders, with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Lead the organization and planning of virtual and in-person conferences and events, ensuring an exceptional participant experience.
• Balance the diverse requirements of multiple stakeholders while adhering to established frameworks, models, and processes.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of new firms within the network.
• Respond to standard queries from member firms, provide necessary information or documents, and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Assist the Senior Project Manager Network Operations with the execution of international tenders and projects.
• Educate member firms on the range of tools and resources available within the network.
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships among internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage budgets and online collaboration tools

Key Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience with a history of building successful relationships within a community.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, challenging environment with a strong service orientation.
• Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Adaptable to change and willing to embrace innovation, including emerging technologies and automation.
• Travel Requirements:
• Occasional travel may be required for in-person events and conferences.
