E-commerce Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing our Shopify platform and other e-commerce channels such as Lazada and TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce management and system configuration, particularly with Shopify.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Shopify platform, ensuring optimal performance and functionality and others as needed.
• Configure and optimize systems and platforms to enhance the customer experience and streamline operations.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate e-commerce strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and growth.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for e-commerce systems and platforms.
• Work with other SaaS platforms such as D365 and Extensiv to streamline fulfillment processes for the company's Digital Platform

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce management, ideally within a brand or multiple brands. Agency experience will also be considered.
• Strong expertise in managing Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
• Tech-savvy with a proven ability to configure and optimize e-commerce systems and platforms.
• Understanding of marketing principles and how they relate to e-commerce.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
