Tagaddod is seeking a goal-oriented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talents for our organization. Your role will involve screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the selection process.

Responsibilities

  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
  • Review and screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process
  • Make job offers and negotiate terms of employment as required
  • Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
  • Support in developing and executing Tagaddod's employer branding strategy to elevate our reputation as an employer of choice
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and candidate data to continuously optimize talent acquisition and employer branding efforts
  • Manage the company's presence on job boards, professional networking sites, and social media platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and techniques
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
