● Lead the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

β—‹ Focus on sourcing and recruiting for technical positions such as software developers, engineers, data scientists, and IT professionals.

● Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

● Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and meet staffing needs.

● Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

● Conduct interviews and coordinate interview schedules with relevant stakeholders.

● Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms.

Human Resources

● Administer HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.

● Handle employee relations issues, providing support and resolving conflicts.

● Manage employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

● Oversee performance management processes, including reviews and feedback sessions.

● Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

● Support payroll and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

● Promote a positive workplace culture that fosters teamwork, innovation, and professional growth.

Onboarding

● Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires.

● Coordinate with various departments to ensure new employees have the necessary resources, tools, and access to systems.

● Conduct new hire orientation sessions to introduce company culture, policies, and procedures.

● Assist new hires with completing all required documentation and benefits enrollment.

● Provide ongoing support to new employees during their initial period to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the team.

● Gather feedback from new hires to improve the onboarding experience continuously.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

● Attached Word CV is a must

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.

● Proven track record of successful recruitment and employee engagement.

● Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

● Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems.

● Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
