Creative Design Lead

You will:

• Oversee and lead multiple design projects from concept to completion and ensure that they meet the objectives and within our brand guidelines
• Manage timelines and resources effectively
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and share your design expertise, recommendations and strategy for the projects
• Provide constructive feedback and direction to ensure high standards and consistency across all design output
• Present design concepts to stakeholders, communicating and rationalising your ideas and designs
• Lead design team members, provide mentorship and professional development opportunities
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Work independently as an individual and in a team
• Take ownership over areas of your work

Requirements

You have:

• Preferably 5-8 years experience in the graphic design industry
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suites, primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects, and Canva
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and presentation skills
