Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Generate and execute cutting-edge art strategies for diverse projects in close collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
• Create dynamic and captivating 3D motion graphics for various channels, elevating brand presence and fostering engagement.
• Produce state-of-the-art 3D graphics, animations, and layouts that not only adhere to brand guidelines but also push the boundaries.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand image across all platforms.
• Stay ahead of content trends, consistently spotting innovative opportunities to enhance creative output.
• Keep abreast of industry developments, integrating best practices seamlessly into designs to maintain a competitive edge.
• Efficiently manage multiple high-impact design projects, ensuring prompt and successful completion within established timelines.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, fully comprehending and surpassing project requirements.
• Thoroughly review and meticulously proofread designs to ensure accuracy and the highest quality standards.
• Optimize graphics and layouts to prioritize usability and accessibility for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrate exceptional efficiency and productivity in task management, consistently meeting tight deadlines.
• Skillfully balance and prioritize multiple projects using advanced time management techniques.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

• Proven experience as a 3D Motion Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D motion graphics and animations.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, or similar tools.
• Strong creative vision and the ability to translate concepts into visually engaging content.
• Familiarity with video editing software and motion graphics tools
• A strong creative vision with a deep understanding of business objectives
• Analytical skills to effectively analyze feedback and data to continuously improve design outcomes
• Keen eye for aesthetic details
• Effective time management and task prioritization abilities
