SQA Engineer and Trainer

We are looking for a talented SQA Engineer and Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software quality assurance. This role involves both performing hands-on SQA tasks and developing training programs to enhance the skills of our team members.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct software testing, including manual and automated tests.
• Develop, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases.
• Identify, document, and track software defects.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards.
• Create and deliver comprehensive training materials and curricula for SQA team members.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars on SQA methodologies and tools.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to SQA engineers.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in software testing and quality assurance.
• Evaluate training program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

Requirements

• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • Proven experience as a trainer or mentor in software testing.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
