Job Roles:
- Supervises Product Specialists (PS) to ensure achievement of territory sales target, new accounts penetration/ new business leads, marketing programs implementation and G-force activities standards to deliver desired sales results.
- Assesses and analyzes Product Specialists’ (PS) performance, conducts regular on the job learning, provides coaching sessions, identifies individual development plans and conducts follow through actions.
- Guides Product Specialists in data gathering, use of facts and data to make sound business decisions.
- Conducts Business Review meetings with Product Specialists (PS) to guide them in the execution of plans and programs, seizing business opportunities and coming up with action plans to address key issues.
- Utilizes various methodologies in cascading sales call processes using Getz Healthcare’s standards.
- Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures and reportorial requirements.
- Monitors account receivables and guides Product Specialists (PS) in account management to ensure good financial performance.
- Assists the National Sales Manager (NSM) in the execution of training and development programs to improve team performance and competencies.
- Provides feedback to the National Sales Manager (NSM) and Marketing regarding business trends and competitor activities that are relevant to the business.
- Facilitates coordination meetings with Sales team counterparts / Business Partner to ensure achievement of sales targets, account management, address customer complaints and new account development.
- Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:

Must be Graduate of a four (4) year course preferably Medical or Marketing or Business Management-related course.

Minimum of five (5) years working experience in a Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry; two (2) years of which in a Supervisory capacity.

With solid experience in Sales and Marketing in a Pharmaceutical and Medical Device setup, Managing Teams, Managing People, Key Opinion Leader Development, Hospital Business Development, Area Management.
