Full Stack Marketing Manager

Role & Responsibilities

You'll report directly to our Founder, Cameron Herold. Google him – if he seems like a fit, you’ll love working here. But be prepared; it's going to be a lot of work as we aim for substantial growth.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute all social media activities
  • Create content and manage posting
  • Reply to comments daily
  • Maintain a content calendar
• Oversee all paid ads and remarketing via Ad Roll
• Manage email and text message marketing content and calendars
• Track and report all marketing activities using a shared Google Sheet
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly tracking of activities

Necessary Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 3-4 years of direct, proven marketing experience
• Freelancer Management: Proven experience managing freelancers
• Email Marketing: Experience with email marketing campaigns
• Paid Ads: Proven experience with managing paid ads
• Affiliate Management: Experience with managing affiliates
• Social Media Management: Experience with platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, etc.
• Honesty: Be prepared to discuss your strengths, weaknesses, and areas you’re just okay at during the interview. We value authenticity over perfection.
