Team Leader

The Team Leader is the employee that interacts and works closely with many other Customer Service Representatives. This position is at the corporate office. The Team Leader provides coaching to customer service representatives and create a standard practice in handling customers under the direction of the Operations Supervisor/Operation Manager.

Requirements

• 4-5 years call center experience or in a similar position, preferred.
• Previous experience in a Senior Customer support role
• Strong phone, verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Must be knowledgeable in basic office operations and be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be able to work under pressure, delineate priorities when workload is abundant.
• Must be able to represent the company in a professional manner.
• Able to perform the essential duties of this position without posing a “direct threat” to the health or safety of self or others.
• Strong time management skills with the majority of your time focused on inbound calls
• Flexibility with scheduling is preferred, as we will have an occasional need to cover evening and/or weekend shifts
• Excellent Leadership and People Management skills
• Has an experience managing a Team before
