We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our finance team. The Controller will play a key role in overseeing the financial activities of the office, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting and analysis.

  • Deep involvement in the budget process, reporting, and planning, ensuring alignment with corporate and local objectives.
  • Drives target setting and budget, orchestrates budget & forecast campaigns, monitors their execution in consistency with group guidance and process
  • Monitors sales, margins & costs, looking for sales improvement, cost reduction, working capital and cash generation opportunities.
  • Ensures an accurate and independent view of the financial situation of the Supply Chain Department (financial results, account closing balances, forecasts and cash flow generation over reporting periods)
  • Business Unit reporting
  • Analyzes deviations and performance variances (Sales, Cost of Sales, etc.) and provides fact-based explanations.
  • Proposes action plans to Management.
  • KPI tracking and follow-up.
  • FP&A Process
  • Promotes a finance culture that is conscious of return on investment, cost of capital, and cash-flow generation.

Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize, work with competing deadlines, and ability to adapt to change.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.
  • Proven 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar financial management role.
  • Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in SAP (CO/FI) and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Reporting Tool such as Hyperion / Smartview
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Self- motivated, ability to thrive in a fast- moving, and constantly evolving environment
