About The Role:

Fever for Business (F4B) is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to contribute to the growth of our department. The SDR will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential clients, generating outbound leads, and supporting the Account Managers (AMs) in expanding our client base.

  • Lead Generation:
    • Research and identify potential clients within the target market
    • Utilize various channels for lead generation, including email campaigns, Apollo sequences, social media, online platforms, and industry events
    • Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation strategies
  • Outbound Sales:
    • Initiate contact with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
    • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them on to AMs for further engagement
    • Work closely with AMs to understand target accounts and tailor outreach strategies
  • Data Management:
    • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
    • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and conversion rates
