We are looking for a passionate and results-driven ESG Business Development Manager to drive our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) market development. This role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and promoting our ESG services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities related to ESG services. Develop and implement strategies to grow the company's ESG client base.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their ESG needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on ESG trends, regulations, and opportunities. Provide insights to guide business development strategies.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our ESG services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, compliance, and operations, to ensure the successful delivery of ESG services.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with various stakeholders, including industry bodies, regulators, and NGOs, to enhance our ESG offerings.
  • Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, including pipeline management and revenue forecasting.

The recruited talent will report directly to the Sales Director.

Requirements

It could be you, if you have:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, with at least 3 years focused on ESG or sustainability services.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ESG principles, sustainability practices, and related regulations.
  • Sales Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Communication and Language Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong command of the English language; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Passion for ESG: A genuine interest in sustainability and responsible business practices.
