To foster timely implementation of the existing and upcoming regulatory and contractual requirements, a dedicated expert with an excellent execution capability is needed.

What You Will Do:

Regulatory framework related:

• Design, develop and maintain Luminor Sustainability framework;
• Analyse sustainability related rules, laws, acts, and regulations;
• Prepare gap analysis to Luminor existing governance arrangements and/or systems and propose and align implementation action plans;
• Provide sustainability governance related internal trainings.

Follow-up and implement mitigation actions to minimize issues and risks detected by Compliance and Internal Audit Division

Prepare responses to sustainability-related questions, inquiries or inspections by Supervisory Authorities

Advisory and support related tasks:

• Advise internal stakeholders on sustainability related regulatory requirements;
• Act as EU Taxonomy Regulation area subject matter expert;
• Upon request, review of internal regulations developed by Luminor internal stakeholders and advice regarding integration of the sustainability matters;
• participate in projects and changes initiated by internal stakeholders and consult on sustainability related requirements implementation (e.g. pensions, investment products, markets, Corporate and Retail banking).

Provide input for annual and quarterly reporting regarding sustainability-related governance arrangements and enhancements

What We Expect:

• 1-3 years professional experience in ESG regulatory implementation e.g. EU taxonomy, CSRD, ESRS, TCFD, SFDR

• 5+ years’ experience in Compliance, Legal and banking products related regulatory analysis

• Experience in creating internal regulations (Policies, Procedures and etc.)

• Thoroughness, accuracy, and accountability

• Ability to complete extensive and complex tasks to the end

• Strong business process management understanding

• Extensive experience in credit, leasing, payments, investments and/or insurance regulatory requirements

• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
