Responsible Gaming Officer

Our team is growing! We are looking for a German-speaking Responsible Gaming Officer to join our vibrant team, who will be responsible for safeguarding our players and the business operations. The role will report directly to the Responsible Gaming Team Leader.

What will I be doing?

• Serving as the main point of contact for RG-related queries.
• Handling of RG cases and internal RG communication channels.
• Monitoring player activity and proactively interacting with players.
• Communicating with at-risk players through email and phone.
• Responsible for direct communication lines
• Compiling RG profiles on player accounts.
• Follow-up of player activity after RG interactions have been made.
• Creating and improving company RG routines.
• Responsible for market-specific tasks

The type of Profile we are looking for

• 1+ years of working within iGaming (preferably with experience in Responsible Gaming or Customer Service).
• Proficiency in German and English languages.
• Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Compassionate personality.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to look at data objectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
