WHAT WILL YOU DO?

PressEnter are looking for a Payments Product Manager who can drive integration projects, manage our key tool (PaymentIQ) and have the ability to spot any errors or areas of improvement to make sure we work efficiently and effectively. PressEnter provide exceptional opportunities for growth and progression and this position is no different we want someone who his willing to learn and take on responsibility to help grow the function of the team.

• Build and maintain tools and reporting to monitor and improve payments performance.

• Continuous analysis and optimization of payment method acceptance rates.

• Communicate with payment providers to understand any changes required to maximize acceptance rate.

• Maintain a list of bugs/outages related to payments.

• Coordinate with the RFP department to develop operational procedures related to payment providers.

• Take lead on the integration of any new payment methods whether it be a direct integration or via a gateway.

• Be involved with the preparation when launching new brands.

• Be responsible for the cashier including its performance.

• Communicate with payment providers to understand any changes required to maximize acceptance rate.

• Other duties and ad hoc requests as required by the business

WHO ARE YOU?

• Extensive knowledge of payment integrations and cashier integrations

• Experience working with integrations with Devcode (Payments IQ) Payment Gateway

• Have a can-do mindset and can work independently while managing multiple tasks.

• An outgoing and social person always with a positive attitude.

• Fluent in English. An excellent communicator both written and verbal but also a good listener.

• Has a passion for payments and wants to develop their payments knowledge.

• Ability to work well with others and be a team-player
