As the Chief Operations Officer, you will be working in our office for approximately 4 hours daily, overseeing key operational aspects to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of our marketing and project management efforts.

Your main responsibilities:

• 📧Marketing Operations Oversight: Manage the team in charge of day-to-day scheduling of our email newsletter campaigns.

• 👥Team Leadership and Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring the team has the skills and motivation to achieve the goals.

• 💰Budget Management: Manage and reduce costs where possible. Implement cost-saving measures.
