As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be developing and overseeing advanced models to monetize vast email databases, enhance personalized client interactions, and optimize sophisticated marketing strategies.

Your main responsibilities:

• 🤖Deploying and managing advanced machine learning models: Build and oversee predictive models to enhance customer engagement through personalized email content.
• 🤝Leading collaboration with data teams: Work closely with our data engineering team to ensure efficient data collection, cleaning, and processing for model training.
• 🛠️Developing and optimizing automated pipelines: Implement and maintain robust pipelines for continuous data collection, model training, testing, and deployment using our proprietary CRM and tools like Amazon AWS.
• 📊Maximizing model performance: Regularly update and refine models to improve predictive accuracy and operational efficiency.
• 📑Strategic stakeholder engagement: Produce detailed reports and dashboards (e.g., Tableau) to communicate insights to the marketing team, aiding in decision-making processes.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 🎓Extensive experience in machine learning: Proven expertise in building and deploying advanced models, with a strong grasp of Python and libraries such as TensorFlow and scikit-learn.
• 🔍Strong analytical skills: Ability to handle complex data sets and derive actionable insights from them.
• 🗃️Experience with big data technologies: Proficiency with AWS cloud services and database management.
• 📅Advanced project management skills: Comfortable leading agile development processes and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• 🌐Fluent English: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with international teams.
