What will you do?

  • Live integrations and Bespoke content for Sponsors:
  • Analyze brand briefs to understand objectives and create compelling live and custom content for sports broadcasts that maximize sponsorship value.
  • Generate innovative integration opportunities for TV and digital events that align with brand goals and resonate with audiences.
  • Identify and leverage both on-air and offline opportunities, subject to available rights.
  • Special focus on creating standalone branded content for brands across categories.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
  • Coordinate with marketing, creative, and product teams to create tailored content that aligns with audience interests.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate innovative content ideas that support brand goals and enhance audience engagement.
  • Cultivate and Nurture Fan Communities:
  • Create strategies that foster a sense of belonging and loyalty among fans.
  • Engage with fans on various platforms, respond to inquiries, and join discussions to strengthen brand relationships.
  • Leverage Fandom Insights:
  • Analyze audience behaviour and feedback to create content that resonates and fosters engagement.
  • Measure content effectiveness with analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to boost audience engagement.
  • PPL Segment and Content Solutions:
  • Develop and execute tailored content strategies, staying updated on industry trends to identify unique opportunities.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to create content that meets the unique needs of the PPL segment while maintaining brand messaging and values.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends to identify unique opportunities and challenges within the PPL segments.

Who should apply?

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Candidates should have 4- 8 years' experience.
  • Proven experience in content creation, audience engagement, and fandom cultivation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel) and familiar with design tools such as Canva.
  • Demonstrable experience in scriptwriting and copywriting, with a basic understanding of video production.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and engaging diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and social media platforms for audience engagement and content analysis.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to interact, communicate and present your ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Passionate about working in a fast-paced environment.
