Leverage National Accounts team to accelerate # of points of placement in A, B accounts
Establish, align, and build framework to accelerate Long term sales drivers in district.
Understand WVC and PSA strengths and weakness, build plan to uplevel district performance.
Constantly evaluate routing for optimization and efficiencies – example being time and resource splits between Impulse, Retail and Emerging (Reach) accounts.
