This role is multi-faceted, resulting in a wide range of duties on any given day. The basics are to keep the office running smoothly, whether managing the office supplies, customer inquiries, managing outside vendors such as cleaning services etc. This role also serves to leverage the bandwidth of the owner and sales manager. Duties will include correspondence and scheduling meetings and travel on their behalf, market research, note taking in meetings, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle office duties such as filing, organizing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure the office is well-stocked.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Take notes during meetings, request agenda items, and distribute meeting notes promptly.
  • Serve as a point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service.
