Finance Assistant

✨ This role would be ideally suited to either a second jobber in a finance team OR someone with a background in high volume fast paced Customer Service role(s) who is currently pursuing their finance qualifications

📍 London - hybrid as standard (typically 2-3 days a week in London office and 2-3 days wfh/remote)ABOUT THE ROLE

Goodlord’s mission is to provide the best renting experience in the world and we’re on the hunt for a Finance Assistant, reporting directly to the Finance Manager, to help us achieve this.

No two days are ever the same at Goodlord so what you’ll be up to will vary. The pace we move at also means priorities will change and you’ll need to be comfortable with this (we’ll support you!). But these are the things that will be core to your role and will keep you busy.

The day to day stuff:

• Producing weekly debtors reports outlining actions required for each customer to retrieve debt
• Managing our Direct Debit system
• Managing our overdue debt collection process - this will include contacting customers via phone and/or email
• Reconciling money received against invoices
