Our team is in need of a little extra help for the back half of 2024!

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting engine for a 5-month contract. This is a unique opportunity to join a startup and make an impact across all of our technical teams. You will be responsible for managing the scheduling and coordination of recruitment activities and facilitating smooth interactions between candidates and Talent Partners. This is a high-volume coordination position, so you've got to be ready to hit the ground running to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring teams, including coordinating times, sending out invitations, and ensuring all parties have the necessary information.
  • Communication Management: Serve as a point of contact for candidates and answer all inquiries related to scheduling.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Talent Partners to ensure alignment on scheduling needs and recruitment priorities.

Who You Are:

  • You have 1+ years of experience in a recruitment or administrative support role, with a focus on scheduling and coordination
  • You have exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
  • You have strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate well with candidates and internal teams
  • You have strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Bonus Points:

  • You have prior fintech experience

  • You’re familiar with the ATS system, Lever

  • You’ve joined a company at its early stages and have seen it through scale

The expected compensation for this position is $28-32 per hour
