Bounteous x Accolite (BxA) is seeking a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition to join our team. The Senior Director will play a critical role in driving client satisfaction and overall success by ensuring BxA is positioned to rapidly and effectively identify top talent to fulfill temporary and project-based staffing needs across the Americas. This role is responsible for overseeing the development and management of a diverse pool of talent and pipelining for high-volume searches to scale and support BxAโ€™s continued growth.

The Senior Director works closely with the Executive Leadership Team and hiring managers across the Americas to devise innovative strategies for engaging with top industry talent and optimizing recruiting tools, platforms, and processes, all while championing the BxA brand. This role serves as a strategic talent advisor in the delivery of an inclusive, superior candidate experience that sets us apart from the competition.

In the interim period, this role reports directly to the Global Chief People Officer (CPO), as the team undergoes reorganization and integrates the recent merger of Bounteous and Accolite. This reporting structure is designed to facilitate seamless coordination and alignment during this transitional phase. It is important to note that as the organization evolves, there may be adjustments to reporting lines within People & Culture or across different lines of business. The ultimate reporting structure will be determined based on the needs of the organization and strategic alignment moving forward.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Work across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas Talent Acquisition (TA) teams and business stakeholders to implement integrated and unified processes for BxA as a combined global organization
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of the various types of hiring across BxA, including demand-based, contractor, exclusive billing, multi-vendor billing, campus, and strategic executive search; provide tactics to optimize pipelines of qualified candidates for each type of opportunity
  • Oversee, challenge, and leverage existing recruiting strategies, methods, and systems to cultivate a proactive and efficient approach to sourcing, screening, assessing, and onboarding exceptional candidates, focused on improving time-to-hire, time-to-place, quality of hire, and the overall candidate experience
  • Ensure offers extended by the Talent Acquisition team are within salary bands/ranges at or below the 50th percentile, in alignment with market standards and internal equity considerations
  • Develop recruiting strategies that support and empower business leaders to focus on revenue growth instead of hiring concerns
  • Contribute to the future structure of the Talent Acquisition team; assign individuals to roles and identify open needs, including critical-path leadership roles
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements in hiring practices, including, but not limited to, equal employment opportunity regulations and guidelines for each country of operation
  • Actively promote and maintain diverse candidate pools through inclusive sourcing and recruitment strategies, while adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
  • Drive the growth and refinement of a global BxA referral program, while actively networking with new hires and Company alumni to expand our talent pool
  • Gather, analyze, and leverage competitive market intelligence data to inform recruitment strategies and metrics; deliver regular reporting to senior leadership
  • Represent BxA at recruiting events, conferences, and networking functions to forge relationships, source candidates, and deepen understanding of the talent and business landscape to better influence BxAโ€™s talent brand
  • Establish personal goals and mentor team membersโ€™ career paths through regular 1:1s, goal setting, and annual performance reviews
  • Cultivate connections and identify top leadership talent to join Bounteous x Accolite as our organizational structure evolves; proactively nurture relationships and pipeline ahead of demand
  • Partner with Deal Desk (Finance) and Resource Management (Operations) teams to evolve the req and approval process, ensuring all systems and stakeholders adhere to the process
  • Influence demand capacity planning, approved budgeted roles, and growth forecasting to pipeline talent ahead of need
  • Serve business leaders across BxA as our clients; establish trusted relationships by acting a strategic advisor, meet regularly to stay ahead of opportunity, execute to plan, and hold retrospectives with key stakeholders to improve process and the overall experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related field, preferably within a digital agency, technology consulting, or professional services environment
  • Successful track record hiring talent across all levels and skillsets, particularly technology, design, strategy, client and business partners, executive leadership, and shared services
  • Experience working with and managing global distributed teams in a remote environment across time zones and countries
  • Strong background in team management, with a focus on individual growth opportunities and team member success
  • Deep understanding of and experience with market trends, recruiting analytics, metrics, and reporting; ability to weave a compelling a story with data, identify risks, and offer recommendations and solutions
  • M&A experience a plus
  • Proven success leading and operating in a fast-paced, matrixed organization; adaptable, flexible, and able to manage through organizational change; experience leading process improvement projects
  • Proactive and solution-oriented with strong decision-making skills; the ability to work independently, define a way forward, and solve problems with limited direction; proven capacity to drive results in an evolving and complex organization
  • Skilled at managing and prioritizing multiple projects in a dynamic environment; proven ability to respond to changing priorities with urgency and agility
  • Strong communicator with all levels of leadership, management, and staff to achieve desired outcomes and build strong alliances and relationships
  • Outstanding executive presence, presentation, and negotiation skills; the ability to engage and partner with senior leadership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills; the ability to instill calm in others
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) - preferably Lever, customer relationship management (CRM tools), and databases
  • Proficiency with Office 365, Google Workspace, Jira/Confluence, and other relevant tools
  • A fast learner; proven success picking up new technologies/tools quickly and proficiently
  • Degree or diploma or equivalent work experience preferred

$127,000 - $170,000 a year

Individual pay is determined by many factors, including experience, relevant education or training, and organizational needs. The mid-range to maximum of the salary range is generally reserved for individuals who are highly experienced in the role.
