The Role

The Customer Experience Agent I will provide outstanding customer service by leveraging product and service knowledge to address customer inquiries effectively. This role focuses on achieving first call resolution and maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver superior customer service by providing in-depth product and service knowledge efficiently and respectfully
  • Achieve first call resolution by identifying root issues and taking full responsibility for investigating customer concerns
  • Utilize regular quality assurance reviews and direct coaching to continually improve performance
  • Maintain product expertise by staying updated on product changes, promotions, and SOP updates
  • Ensure customer interactions meet or exceed company standards for professionalism, problem-solving, and satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security standards

What You Have Done

  • High School diploma with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service position, preferably in an inbound contact center
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-system, fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach

$19 - $19 an hour

Starting at $19/hr.
