Responsibilities:
An employee's time, time-off or time away from work is one of the most critical aspects of their everyday life. In this role, you will but not limited to:
- Answers calls and responds to emails from internal customers/employees regarding issues related to their employment.
- Identifying and solving employee challenges, including mediating between employee and team.
- Handles employee inquiries both telephonically and by email related to attendance, planned or unplanned, unscheduled time off and leave of absence, time-off balances, medical leave, personal leave and return to work.
- Researches required information using available resources.
- Multi-tasking to monitor and control concurrent tasks simultaneously.
- Provide accurate service information.
- Updates existing employment information.
- Processes employment requests and make adjustments as needed to ensure employees' issues are resolved and needs met.
- Routes calls to appropriate resource.
