Job purpose

  • Lead and develop access strategy for International Region in partnership with the Global Value and Access (GVA), and in alignment with all cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
  • Lead on providing relevant HEOR and Access training for local access teams and external partners.
  • Partner with Global pricing team to developing pricing policy and lead roll out to Region International
  • Provide input to HEOR evidence generation initiatives from Region International perspective and lead adaptation and tailored RWE/HEOR projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Support affiliates/partners to develop local Reimbursement and pricing strategies adapted to their specific needs (ensure full understanding of the value story and differentiation to drive optimal price)
  • Drive Access excellence in the region. Ensure adequate training and knowledge is transferred to affiliates and partners in international (negotiation training, value messaging, payer engagement)
  • Ensure global resources and outputs covers the international region and are adapted to their specific needs. Represent international in Global Value & Access (GVA) leadership team.
